Along with promotion of propaganda about the meaning, importance and practical benefits that the construction of new countryside bring, the Fatherland Front at all levels actively mobilizes people to contribute money, donate land, dismantle works to plan and widen roads, construction of public works; guide people to accumulate land, apply scientific and technological advances to production, develop trades and craft villages, trade and services, create jobs, raise incomes, and improve lives.

As member organizations of the Fatherland Front, all levels of the Women's Union in the province have launched and effectively implemented the emulation movement "The whole country join forces to build the new countryside". According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union: The association organization selected the priority criteria to organize the implementation in accordance with the reality of each institution. Over the past 5 years, the grassroots women's union has registered and effectively implemented 1,655 projects, participated in building the new countryside; propagandized and mobilized staff, members and people to contribute nearly 6 billion VND, donated over 2,000 ha of land and contributed tens of thousands of workdays to build the new countryside.

With the spirit of "Each citizen contributes an idea to build the new countryside", the local commissars and authorities have directed the effective implementation of the emulation movement with many good and creative ways. Together in building the new countryside, Thai Binh people have highly appreciated the collective and community interests, voluntarily contributed to and contributed to the building of infrastructure works to serve the people by themselves. From the province's cement support mechanism, there are times the village is like the great construction site so that today Thai Binh countryside has a synchronous, spacious, clean and beautiful socio-economic infrastructure. Thanks to the effective implementation of the emulation movement "The whole country works together to build the new countryside", by the end of 2019, Thai Binh has completed the task of building the new countryside across the province, 3 years ahead of the XIX congress's proposed target. The whole province has 100% of the rural population supplied with clean water for domestic use, 2 years ahead of the target set by the Congress. Now, in all over the countryside, the joy is evident in the face of the farmers who have a lifetime attached to "muddy feet" when they benefit from the achievements of new countryside construction. People who go away and return are amazed at the miraculous change of the homeland. The better thing is that from new countryside construction, not only the new rural appearance of Thai Binh is renewed, but the production also develops, forming many large-scale concentrated commodity production areas. Up to now, the mechanization rate of 100% of the land preparation, 80% of the harvest stage helps farmers free up their labor, not having to work hard in the fields. The whole province currently has 13,998 ha (1.3 times higher than 2015) of production area following the model of large fields and linked fields; the area of ​​fields under contract of product consumption at the beginning of the crop is 9,723 ha, 1.4 times more than that of 2015; The area of ​​agricultural land is accumulated and concentrated to reach 7,883.6 ha, 10.7 times more than 2015. Many new varieties of plants and animals with high productivity and quality are put into production. The people's material and spiritual life is constantly being improved and enhanced, shortening the gap between rural and urban areas. By 2020, the rate of poor households according to multidimensional standards in the province will decrease to over 2%, nearly half of the national average.
