Inspecting some connected traffic projects in Thai Binh Economic Zone
In the afternoon of 5 October, comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, went to inspect the progress of the project for construction investment of arterial roads connecting with functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone in Thai Thuy district.
Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee inspected the construction progress of the horizontal arterial road to the North of Thai Binh Economic Zone.
The project for construction investment of arterial roads connecting with functional areas in Thai Binh Economic Zone includes 5 routes, in which 2 routes are in Thai Thuy district (Route 1, Route 2) and 3 routes are in Tien Hai district (Route 3, Route 4 and Route 5).
Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee came to inspect the situation of deploying the construction of the horizontal arterial road in the North of the Economic Zone at the section passing through Lien Ha Thai industrial - service Park (Route 1) and the connected route from Highway 37B to the port area, Thai Thuong industrial - service Park (Route 2) and the project for upgrading and expanding Highway 39, at section passing through Thai Binh Economic Zone.
The construction unit is digging and embanking the road base of the horizontal arterial road in the North of Thai Binh Economic Zone, at the section passing through Lien Ha Thai industrial - service Park.
Facing some problems in the site clearance work in ongoing projects, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee asked Thai Thuy district to focus on leadership and direction on site clearance work; mobilize the whole political system to participate, propagate and mobilize the people to understand clearly the mechanisms and policies on compensation and site clearance and to agree and support the project; regularly hold dialogues, listen to and grasp the progress of site clearance for timely directions; urgently review, conduct extracts, extract measurements, conduct field surveys and arrange resettlement areas for people in the project area; strengthen coordination among departments, sectors and localities, focus on definitively dealing with shortcomings and obstacles in site clearance work... so that the project can be deployed the construction soon, create favorable conditions to attract investors into Thai Binh Economic Zone. For the construction unit, it is necessary to focus on speeding up the progress, ensure the technique according to the approved design, pay attention to ensuring traffic safety during the project implementation.
