Meeting of the Steering Committee of the International Fair of Agriculture in the North in 2017

International Fair of Northern Delta Agriculture in 2017 held in Ky Ba Park is expected to have about 300 booths with the participation of nearly 200 domestic and foreign enterprises, including about 200 booths of enterprises in the province. The products include agricultural products for rural development, agricultural products, processed foods, handicraft, electrical and electronic equipment, information technology and cosmetic.

During the fair there are seminars, conferences introducing new technical advances, new products in agriculture; organizing customer conferences, self-referral business forums; advertising, fashion shows, music, entertainment, folklore exchanges.

The fair took place from 8th to 14th November.

At the meeting, leaders of departments, localities have expressed their opinions around the issues of propaganda, grounds, parking places, fire and explosion prevention and environmental protection, ensuring security situation...

Many people visit and go shopping at the international agricultural fair in the North Delta

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang, Vice Chairman of the provincial People's Committee affirmed that the International Fair of Northern Delta in 2017 is an event of great significance in trade activities. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize human resources, material resources and wisdom to make the fair successful. The members of the Steering Committee should closely follow their assigned tasks, directing and implementing the event well from preparation, conferences, seminars to the issue of security and order.

The Vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee also highly agreed on the organization of seminars and conferences right at the fairgrounds; however, the facilities, premises and content of the conference should be well prepared. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has to coordinate with the Department of Industry and Trade to invite agricultural enterprises to participate in the fair. The event organizer should organize the activities well, with interesting music programs to impress visitors.
