Quynh Phu: Economic breakthrough

In the first 9 months of the year, the total production value of Quynh Phu district was estimated at 15,936.2 billion VND, reaching 69.01% of the year plan, increasing by 8.42% over the same period in 2021, in which the value of agricultural production industry, forestry and fishery was estimated at 2,675 billion VND, increasing by 2.94%; industry and construction were estimated at 10,910.3 billion VND, increasing by 9.92%; trade and service were estimated at 2,350.9 billion VND, increasing by 8.12% over the same period in 2021. Total accumulated budget revenue of the whole district was estimated at 1,808.4 billion VND, increasing by 191.2% over the same period in 2021.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Quyen, Chairman of the District People’s Committee said: To achieve the results as above, right from the beginning of the year, the district has promulgated many plans to lead and direct drastically, synchronously, comprehensively, and mobilize the solidarity block of the whole people to deploy the implementation of socio-economic development solutions, focusing on site clearance, mobilizing traffic infrastructure investment resources to attract the investors.

Quy Ninh industrial Cluster in the area of ​​2 communes of An Quy and An Ninh has a total area of ​​75ha, so far the site clearance at stage 1 is favorable, the investors are urgently investing in essential infrastructure and some secondary investors have come to learn and implement the procedures for applying for an investment certificate.

Sunrise Spinning (Viet Nam) Company Limited, Thai Binh branch (Quy Ninh industrial Cluster) is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, incorporated in November 2021, specializing in the field of production, processing and trade of textile and garment. Up to now, the Company’s factory is in the stage of equipment installation, operation and trial production, striving to put into operation at stage 1 by early December 2022. The Company’s target is to create annual output value of 120 million USD. Currently, the Company has nearly 100 cadres and workers. After comprehensive production investment, it will ensure regular jobs for 600 employees. Currently, the average income of employees is 6.5 million VND/person/month.

Mr. Ma Qiang Qiang, Director of the Company shared: Although the company has just been incorporated, the Company has had initial successes. To achieve such results, in addition to the solidarity and efforts of the cadres and workers, the Company always receives attention and facilitation in administrative procedures of the district and locality. This will be the driving force for the Company to feel secure to invest and develop.

Along with building the infrastructure to attract investment, one of the highlights of Quynh Phu since the beginning of the year is the movement of people voluntarily donating land for making roads. Thanks to a new and creative way of doing things, the movement was spread to all localities and supported by the people. Up to now, the whole district has 16 routes in 30 communes and towns with 3,286 households agreeing to voluntarily donate 277,975m² of land to the state without reclaiming, the total value of donated land is over 405.63 billion VND. In advanced new rural construction, up to now, the whole district has 4 communes recognized by the Provincial People’s Committee, by the end of 2022, it is strived to have 3 more communes to be recognized.

In order to continue to maintain the growth momentum, complete and exceed the set socio-economic development targets, according to comrade Nguyen Tien Quyen, Chairman of the District People’s Committee, from now until the end of the year, Quynh Phu will continue to direct drastically, synchronously, timely and efficiently the measures on prevention and control of the epidemic in the new situation, suitable to local actual conditions, ensuring both safety and health of the people while focusing on implementing the solutions for socio-economic development. Continue to efficiently implement Resolution No. 09-NQ/TU, dated 20 January 2020 of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on focusing on leading and directing the restructure of crops on inefficient rice land in the period of 2020 - 2025, with vision to 2030. Accelerating digital transformation, strongly reforming administrative procedures, creating all favorable conditions and removing difficulties for enterprises, production and business establishments in order to attract the enterprises to invest in the locality. Focusing on planning and building infrastructure of residential areas to auction the land use right, mobilize investment resources to implement key projects, create driving force for socio-economic development. Continue to direct the implementation of the new rural construction program in the direction of maintaining standards and improving quality. Focusing on drastically directing the site clearance work, promoting the propaganda of Directive No. 08-CT/TU of the Standing Board of the Provincial Party Committee, Plan No. 116/KH-UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee and Notice of Conclusion No. 220 of the Standing Board of the District Party Committee in order to create consensus and voluntariness of the people to contribute land use right to implement key projects of the province and the district.
