These successes have been achieved, first of all because the Party Committee, the government, the armed forces and the people of Thai Binh always receive close attention and leadership from the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the National Assembly, the Government; the effective coordination and assistance of the departments, ministries, branches and central agencies throughout the process of preparing and organizing the Congress.

The success of the twentieth Provincial Party Committee's Congress is a continuation of the successes of the congress at the party cell, the party committee at the grassroots level and the higher level. For many months, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee (XIX term) has actively directed the good organization of the Party Congress at all levels in association with striving and trying to complete at the highest level of targets and tasks in 2020 and the Resolution of the XIXth Provincial Party Congress. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee: Practical experience shows that in order to successfully organize the congress of the provincial party committee, first of all, it is necessary to direct the successful organization of the congress at the Party cell level, the grassroots party committee, the congress at higher levels. However, in order to successfully organize the party congress at all levels, it is a process of preparation from many years, not the new congress. Specifically, it is necessary to build the foundation from the trust of cadres, party members and all classes of people through the process of leading and directing the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, ensuring national defense - security, building the Party, building the political system for many years.

Along with that, pay special attention and consider issues related to the situation at the establishment. Completely settle the issues with complaints and denunciations, review the officials, if there are signs of violation, resolutely not to include them in the party committee structure. The Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee: The twentieth Provincial Party Congress, term of 2020 - 2025, unanimously approved the Resolution, orienting the entire Party, the entire people and the entire army in the coming years with the overall goal is: “Building a clean and strong Party Committee and political system; promoting democracy and the strength of the great unity of all people; promote innovation, mobilize and use effectively resources, develop fast and sustainable economy in association with environmental protection. Strive to build Thai Binh into a well-developed province by 2025, catch up with the leading group by 2030 and by 2045 be a developed province in the Red River Delta region”.
